Landscape Paint Sunday / by Gary Winslow

Every once in awhile I end up rummaging through hard drives looking for a particular photo I want to process and inevitably I come across shots that I never got around to doing anything with. This is one of those times. A day trip with the boys to do a bit of Geocaching and as it turned out we never actually found any caches as I kept stopping to take pictures and the boys got bored and the photos got loaded onto a drive and left. Sometimes I come across gems this way and other times I create images from the RAW photos. These are all oil painted and colour worked. They were shot in April of 2013 but not a lot changes along Hwy 5a above Nicola lake.
